How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 15–25 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate and may vary.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Allow 3–7 business days for tracking to activate.
My order hasn't arrived - what do I do?
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us at wandovebeauty@gmail.com and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting wandovebeauty@gmail.com. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to multiple countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
