WANDOVA is an independent online retailer. Products are sourced from trusted third-party suppliers and shipped directly from the supplier to the customer. WANDOVA does not manufacture, store, or physically handle any products sold on this website.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 15–25 business days from the date of dispatch, regardless of your location.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. WANDOVA is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or any other third parties outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 3–7 business days after dispatch for tracking details to become active.
If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your purchase, please contact us at wandovebeauty@gmail.com.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. WANDOVA has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. WANDOVA cannot be held responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

RETURNS
We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- You contact us at wandovebeauty@gmail.com before sending any item back
- The customer covers the cost of return shipping
We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders that are delayed in transit, as delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to the return conditions above) and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wandovebeauty@gmail.com, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your case and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
